My wife and I love going to the ECFC! We have been many times and love it. The food is always fresh. We have eaten many items from the menu and have never been disappointed. The daily specials are always a great choice!  The staff are friendly and courteous. The draft beers are from local crafters and selections occasionally change. Laura is a fabulous bartender. She has her own infused liquors and a speciality drink menu that is out of this world! My wife claims, "she makes the best margaritas in the world!" Definitely worth the trip from anywhere!

Stopped on our way back to NYC. The service was wonderful, and the food was spectacular. It was the best Chicken pot pie I've ever had. And the bread pudding desert was amazing. I'm looking to plan another Ski trip, in order to justify driving up here for dinner.

Great find on our way back from a road trip! Something for everyone on the menu, from great burgers to vegetarian entrees and salads. Plus everything is freshly prepared in house. Desserts are also exceptional! Nice selection of local craft beers as well! Service was attentive and courteous.

Stopped in for a late lunch recently. I had the open-faced hot turkey sandwich (they were accommodating enough to put it on a gluten-free roll). Best hot turkey sandwich ever! Fresh and generous; fries were equally good. I'll be back!
